Services We Provide: - Help design benefit plan offerings based on client demographic and industry data - Provide spreadsheet comparisons in competitive situations - Help develop a comprehensive enrollment strategy - Develop a detailed implementation timeline - Provide you with a single point of contact for customer service - Participate in implementation conference calls with you, your client, the carriers and/or benefit administrators - Help complete group paperwork for TPA submission - Develop customized, research-based enrollment materials - Submit paperwork package with payroll deduction files to administrator - Assure fulfillment to group
