ISCOWA is an association whose members have been working on circular construction since 1991. Both environmental and technical aspects of construction are dealt with, and the by-products include (but are not limited to) residues from industrial processes, such as: - construction and demolition waste - metallurgical slag - power plant, and municipal and hazardous waste incineration fly ash - waste to energy and biomass ash - bottom ash - foundry sand - blasting grit - mine tailing - contaminated soil - stabilized or treated waste and soil - flue gas desulphurisation sludge - water treatment sludge
