JCG Social responsibility Limited is the holding company for investments in Farmaissance Innovation Holdings Limited and iFarmaissance Brands Limited. The driving force behind the companies is Founder and Ecopreneur, Jennifer Chan Gardner who has over 30 years experience in the fashion handbag and accessory business and who has also created an Action Plan for development of a breakthrough technology in materials processing which will deliver a significant decarbonisation result, SDG impact, and commercial benefit. Farmaissance Innovation Holdings Limited (www.ifarmaissance.com) , provides R & D support for iFarmaissance Brands and our biobased leather alternative projects. Jenniifer’s original Action Plan was extended to a full Business Plan and is now the basis of a Collaborative R & D Project between Farmaissance Innovation, the City University of Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong Research Institute for Textiles and Apparel. It is jointly funded by the HKSAR Innovation and Technology Fund and Farmaissance Innovation. A second project, is addressing the use of agricultural waste as a biomass resource for the development of bio-based leather alternatives for the fashion, furniture and sports industries. The Project is focussed on the Automotive Industry with a decarbonisation goal to produce a biobased synthetic leather alternative to meet the exacting standards of the Industry for upholstery products. iFarmaissance Brands Limited designs, manufactures and sells internationally, handbags and accessories produced exclusively from biobased leather alternatives (www.ifarmbrands.com). iFarmaissance Brands represents the social proof in sustainable fashion and OEM opportunities for biobased synthetic products on a global scale.
