At YUME-KANA Study Abroad, our philosophy is to create an environment where we can draw out the dreams of our customers and motivate them to realize, pursue, and achieve those dreams. Jstyle was founded as a study abroad agency with the optimum environment for achieving our 5 driving principles: "Personal Responsibility," "Social Skills," "Problem-Solving Skills," "Language Skills," and "Networking." The name of our service, "YUME-KANA Study Abroad," is taken from this corporate philosophy. We in-house all processes from upstream to downstream, from acquiring potential customers, proposing study abroad and working holiday plans, learning English as preparation before traveling, procedures at the time of travel, support during travel, and career support after traveling. 97% of our staff have studied abroad. We learned about the reality of study abroad agents through our own study abroad experience, and thought that there should be a way to study abroad that is more customer-oriented and customer-centered. We currently have about 170 global staff members. It is a flat environment where age and career don't matter, with a casual and easy-going atmosphere. We are a company where employees suggest events such as going out for drinks after work, or holding events such as Smash Bros., Mario Kart, public viewing, karaoke, werewolf games, and movie watching in the company's cafe space!
