About Just One Ocean

Just One Ocean is a UK based marine conservation charity established to support the advancement of scientific knowledge and to raise awareness of some of the major issues and challenges affecting our ocean. Our work has included support to film projects, production of articles, support to the arts and scientific research. Our Big Microplastic Survey was the first global citizen science microplastic project to be developed. It is now being undertaken in over 40 countries. We believe in the necessity of partnerships and collaboration and have forged links with businesses, academic institutions and government departments all over the world.
