Justice at Work’s mission is to support workers in low-wage jobs in exercising their power. We strengthen organizing by providing labor-and-employment legal services, training, and strategic guidance to workers’ organizations.
Justice At Work envisions all people exercising their power at work to ensure fair pay, safety, and dignity. To accomplish our vision, we:
a) build capacity through legal training/education and technical assistance;
b) provide direct legal services as well as access to legal resources and advocacy; and
c) spearhead and/or support workplace-related law reform efforts to improve working conditions.
