Founded in 2015, Lake and Skye is a modern and conscious beauty brand. We believe scent is a force for wellness and create best in class fragrance, candles and body products. Winner of four beauty awards including Allure's Best of Beauty. Our Founder and CEO, Courtney Somer, is a wellness expert. Emerging from a health crisis over 20 years ago, when there was much less if any wellness information that we now have at our fingertips, Courtney developed a passion for alternative treatments. Becoming certified in and studying everything from Kundalini and pre-natal yoga to aromatherapy, reiki and nutrition. She sought to create a line that infused all of her knowledge into products that were not only beautiful with a focus on clean ingredients, but that also supported people by elevating the every day. Our products are unisex, PETA certified, vegan and cruelty free. We use natural ingredients wherever possibly, including a 100% soy base in our candles and Non-GMO sugar cane alcohol in our Eau de Parfums. We use FSC certified packaging and donate one tree for every order through our website with the organization One Tree Planted.
