On our privately-owned premises spanning some 25,000m2, we transform age-old traditional olive curing methods into a modern production process with the aid of state-of-the-art food technology and cutting-edge know-how, ensuring that our products comply with the strictest international certifications and standards. Our great variety of olives can be found in supermarkets and delicatessen stores all over the world since they reflect the quality we expect from the olives we first put on our table.
