Jenn Davidson, a former social worker with over two decades of experience, is now dedicated to helping organizations improve working conditions. After obtaining a bachelor's degree in sociology and social work, she worked in various child welfare roles, including intake, crisis response, and investigation teams. Jenn’s career also included positions in the disability support program as a care coordinator, helping improve the lives of adults with disabilities.
Following a traumatic workplace event, Jenn embarked on a healing journey that led her to pursue advanced studies at prestigious institutions like Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School, as well as Queens IRC. Through her experiences, she realized the importance of creating safe and supportive work environments.
Jenn now conducts workplace investigations, focusing on preventing mental health risks and promoting employee well-being. By adequately addressing workplace issues, she helps organizations improve safety, reduce absenteeism, and increase employee satisfaction.
