We use biofeedback technology for individuals to receive an objective viewpoint of their physiological stress and use simple and effective techniques to improve a person's response to short, medium and long term stress loads. ๐——๐—˜๐—ง๐—”๐—œ๐—Ÿ The central nervous system (more importantly the autonomic nervous system) governs our stress, sleep and calm levels.
