Here at Complete Harmony, my aim is to help you to feel calmer, gain clarity and feel less stressed. Specialising in: 1. Providing emotional and physical support to unpaid carer organisations. 2. Providing treatment packages for individuals. Both are available via 1-2-1 sessions, group sessions, taster treatments & workshops (online and in-person). I love helping people with stressful and demanding lives to better manage physical aches and pains and pressures that affect them mentally. Since 2006, I have worked with many different people - from charities that support unpaid carers, busy professionals and self-employed business owners, to call centres and NHS staff. I’ve helped them to improve their emotional and mental health which has enabled them to better manage situations that caused them to feel overwhelmed, stressed or anxious. Qualified in over 25 therapies and modalities I use a series of powerful techniques based on proven stress-reducing therapies which include reflexology, reiki, meditation and Indian head massage. I also deliver workshops designed to improve mindset & promote self-care for life-long health and wellness. Feeling overwhelmed affects us all from time to time and it will affect all areas of our life. I use my skills, experience, person-centred approach and listening skills to help get to the root cause of your feelings.
