Maavarim Baemek

Maavarim Baemek is a joint project of the Ministry of Social Affairs, JDC-Israel, Mifali HaEmek and four regional councils: Jezreel Valley, Megiddo, Zevulun and Me'ayanot Valley. The project was established in order to promote employment and economic development in the rural sector. The "Maavarim Baemek" Center operates through the "Ofek Employment - Maavarim Baemek" (AR) association. Principles of the "Maavarim" Project: - Utilizing the resilience of the population in the rural sector, its human capital and its ability to organize and organize. - Dealing with the issue of employment of community perception. - Identifying and empowering strength within the community and creating a constant connection between them and the employment environment.
