Maps S.p.A., a company founded in 2002, now heads a group, Maps Group, comprising the following companies: Artexe, Energenius, I-Tel, and Iasi. In June 2025, it acquired 51% of the share capital of Ellysse S.r.l. Listed since 2019 on Euronext Growth Milan of the Italian Stock Exchange, Maps Group develops and distributes proprietary softwares for Big Data analysis in the context of digital transformation. The Group’s headquarter is located in Parma, and it operates across Italy in two main markets: Healthcare and Energy. In addition, through the Maps Layers business unit, it offers solutions for Omnichannel strategies, Value Governance, and Document Management for suppliers. Using the knowledge derived from information analysis, Maps Group supports customers and public and private companies in making strategic decisions to enhance their competitiveness in ever-changing markets.
