The Multicultural Development Center of Iowa (MDC Iowa) is a nonprofit organization with a mission to support underserved communities in Iowa by providing project-based STEM-related learning experiences and economic support to those who are historically underrepresented in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. MDC Iowa focuses on promoting a multicultural society where diversity is recognized as a strength and the underserved have the support of a community that encourages knowledge, respect, equity, and inclusivity.
