MIHRE is aimed at improving healthcare through interventions in the area of Harm reduction, Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights, Mental health and psychosocial support services and preventive healthcare using the human rights approach to its interventions.
We also provide an array of services to Women who Use/Inject Drugs, vulnerable and underserved populations including SRH sensitization and awareness creation; STIs syndromic screening/referral services, family planning, menstrual hygiene kits, Gender services, legal services and evidence-based education through advocacies, campaigns, SRH Clinics and Cohort sessions.
