We are a body-centered, soul-based Psychotherapy & Training Centre for trauma recovery. Informed by research, Mindfulness-Based Somatic Therapy® (MBST) intuitively integrates innovations in yoga, mindfulness practice, breath work, touch, resilience enhancement, somatic & body-oriented processing and neuroscience designed to enhance the body's own capacity to heal. By working with the body's organic state in psychological process, we support the whole individual (mind-body-emotion) toward integration and healing. Through this organic process of healing trauma, individuals are guided to gently release body-stored trauma, experience self-efficacy, gain greater emotional resilience to interact in more adaptive ways to various life's circumstances with clarity, openness, and heart.
