Vancouver Island Child Youth & Family Counselling Services

We are a group of mental health practitioners who specialize in providing counselling support to children, teens, young adults and caregivers in Victoria BC. We have clinicians trained in a variety of therapy methods including, but not limited to, play therapy, art therapy, EMDR, acceptance and committment therapy, couples therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and narrative therapy. In addition to private pay, we work in partnership with a number of third-party funding sources including the Crime Victim Assistance Program, First Nations Health Authority, and the Autism Funding Unit. We have therapists who specialize in working with gender diversity and sexuality, body image and disordered eating, anxiety, depression, self-harm, behavioural challenges, neurodiversity including Autism Spectrum and ADHD, relationship challenges, trauma, and parent support. We also provide training to Masters level counselling psychology students and are able to offer their services to our clients at a reduced rate. We strive for inclusivity, cultural safety and diversity and welcome individuals and families from all walks of life.
