Decipher Counselling Art Therapy Studio offers creative, justice-oriented therapy for people dealing with experiences of invalidation, including any and all underrepresented communities (marginalized folks, neurodivergent folks, the LGBTQ2S+ and the BIPOC community). We approach sessions with creativity and evidence-based methods to help people unpack, process, and reclaim narratives towards healing. That might look like an individual session. Or a creative workshop. Whatever works for you, to help decipher what you’re going through. And we’re always reflecting on how we can uphold inclusivity and honour intersectionality within the counselling practice.
