MiRcore is a non-profit personalized medicine visionary organization that engages in biomedical research for the purpose of improving healthcare outcomes for the individual. MiRcore is guided by three core values, science, compassion and collaboration, and a two-fold mission. We strive to be the biomedical research platform of choice open to any citizen to initiate research that starts because of a citizen funded microgrant. MiRcore outreach engages high school students in biomedical-centric enrichment activities and statistics driven computational research to elucidate the role that genes play in disease. MiRcore is building the next generation of investigators while advancing the promise of better patient healthcare as a result of gene guided medical treatments.
