Moore Impactful Career Consulting, LLC ("MICC") is a career coaching business founded in 2017 by Shemika L Moore, MBA. Shemika founded MICC because throughout her career starting her sophomore year at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI, she received mentoring and opportunities that helped guide her career path. Knowing that many will not receive the support, MICC was birthed to help provide the resources, training and guidance others need to achieve career and financial success, along joy and fulfillment. Mission MICC provides career coaching services and programs that support individual to build individualize career paths, achieve their career and financial goals, and become self-confident.
