About My Sisters Cup

Utilising community philanthropy to end period poverty in Africa, the Caribbean and the diaspora. My sister’s cup is an environmentally conscious movement rooted in the African philosophy of Ubuntu. We utilise community philanthropy to address period poverty by providing free access to reusable menstrual products and eco-friendly tampons for Women and those who experience periods in Africa, the Caribbean and the diaspora. We also promote awareness about healthy menstrual and Women's health, and management of conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, PMS and more.
