As a subsidiary of NBOA: Business Leadership for Independent Schools, we provide expert consulting, strategic leadership, and customized business solutions to help schools navigate financial challenges and optimize business operations. We partner with Heads of School and CFOs, and their Boards of Trustees, to ensure financial sustainability and operational integrity. Our mission is to advance business excellence in PK-12 independent schools, through specialized consulting, CFO executive search and placement, financial tools, and a national community of business officers.
