Neonatology Solutions, LLC, is dedicated to providing a single-source home for resources on career planning, practice development, and clinical guidelines for neonatologists. One of the most enjoyable aspects of my career has been working with neonatology fellows and helping them determine their ideal career path. Having taught a number of fellow’s workshops, career panels, and career development sessions, the resounding theme that I hear from our neonatologists-in-training is that they are seeking a comprehensive, easy to navigate, go-to location for information that can guide them as they consider their practice options post-fellowship. Fellowship training is 3 years, but a neonatology career can span 30 years or more, so the wise fellow will embark on an introspective journey with his or her family to ensure they make educated decisions about where and how they pursue their career passions. Neonatology Solutions, LLC, is here to provide the tools, education, and shoulder support to make the best choice. Additionally, we provide tools and support for practice development for neonatologists and medical directors, and we are actively working to build a repository of Clinical Guidelines for neonatology where practices can share their standardization efforts freely to help everyone advance their goals to improve patient care. Our baby’s families are the most important part of the care team, and we will soon be providing access to educational tools to help parents know more, fear less, and actively participate on the healing journey through the NICU.
