NEXABORN Group E.T.S

NEXABORN Group E.T.S. is a non-profit third-sector organization dedicated to innovation, scientific research, and technological development in the space sector and other strategically important sectors. Our mission is to promote cutting-edge projects and sustainable solutions through interdisciplinary collaboration, scientific dissemination, and ethical self-financing. We are an independent, non-commercial initiative that brings together professionals, researchers, and enthusiasts on a voluntary basis to generate a positive and tangible impact in the fields of science and technology. NEXABORN Group is established as a third-sector organization (E.T.S.) in accordance with the Italian Civil Code and Legislative Decree 117/2017 (Third Sector Code), which regulates non-profit organizations. As required by Italian law, all activities carried out within the association are voluntary and unpaid, with collaborators freely contributing to a common project, founded on shared values and a spirit of innovation. The group is self-financed primarily through direct contributions from the founder and private donations, in full compliance with the regulations governing E.T.S. (E.T.S.), and does not engage in commercial activities or the sale of services. Any funds raised are entirely earmarked to support scientific, educational, and project activities, in compliance with Article 10 of Law 383/2000 and Legislative Decree 117/2017. Colleagues participate fully in a free and transparent project, driven by a passion for innovation and scientific progress. No financial compensation or expense reimbursement is provided, and the commitment will be governed by a volunteer agreement, as required by Article 410 of the Italian Civil Code and the regulations on volunteering. Note: The organization's official registration as an E.T.S. is currently underway and will be formalized as soon as the necessary financial resources to cover notary and administrative fees are available.
