NEXEL is a management consulting firm supporting clients in the MENA region. We specialize in delivering strategy, business and digital transformation, and family business governance design and implementation. Our passion is working hand in hand with our clients to ensure that implementations achieve the desired results. On numerous occasions, we have gone the extra mile to operate new business models on behalf of our clients to ensure the sustainability of the transformation. This is possible because our partners and consultants are highly skilled professionals with hands-on industry experience acquired through long tenures in leading multinational and regional companies. In the area of family governance, we help our clients design and implement family governance frameworks that allow all family members to interact with each other as owners and/or management. This typically leads to the creation of a family office, a key enabler for the success of the framework. The continuity of our models highly depends on the second generation, which is why we run specific training, coaching, and mentorship programs to further support the family succession process. NEXEL VENTURES is our investment subsidiary, which we use to support the MENA startup ecosystem. Over the past year, we have invested in two startups in the education and healthcare sectors. We understand that business transformations come with significant risks, and that's why we don't hesitate to use NXV as our vehicle to share such risks with our clients. We build joint ventures with our clients, enabling us to co-innovate and co-invest with them to ensure the successful completion of the transformations.
