NEXT GENERATION LEADERS (NGLs) NGL is 5 week to 10 month program developed by world-leading leaders in business and organisations, also they are world's leading Leaders, speakers, consultants and authors and from all walk of life from USA to Europe. NGL is an exclusive program for the next generation of global leaders. Each year, we only take 10-15 outstanding people from all around the world. Selected participant in the programming during which Fellows will have the opportunity to interact with industry leaders, coaches, and entrepreneurs. The program is designed to deliver an interactive, engaging and educational entrepreneurial and leadership training first of its kind in the world. People who graduated from this program are now working as CEO, business leaders in global arena with Multinational Companies (MNCs), Startup and Investment, Technology Companies (Google, IBM, etc) and International and UN Organisations around the world. NGL LEARNING OUTCOMES Developing the next generation of leaders is one of our primary responsibilities. The NGL program is logically divided into three stages. Each 60- to 90-minute course consists of 3-6 online lessons that contain multiple formats to keep participants engaged, along with a final review assessment.
