off worque is a non-profit organization for industry professionals who want to prioritize worque/life balance. We create opportunities through events, workshops and more for people to relieve burn out, unplug and connect. By decentering yourself from your work life and job title, Worque pushes to provide a better quality of life by including new hobbies, life coaching and mental health conversations. After being burnt out from working in social media marketing for eight years, Cristina Jerome created off worque as a safe place for people to connect outside of the workplace.
