About OIM Mentor Program

The OIM Mentor Program is a community-based organization that helps guide new students to OIM through mentorship. In addition to the mentor program, we hold weekly workshops that center around career and school development while always providing an inclusive and supportive environment. The program was created to give students a community that is open and free so that they can navigate the best way they can at UMass through other members' insight, tips and tricks, guidance, and friendship.
