OUR OVERALL METHOD: onPurpose Growth believes truly successful sales people and companies have three Gears that drive growth: Voice of the Customer, Voice of the System and Voice of the Business. Voice of the Customer – Do you know why your customer pays your bills? Do you know what they value most about your service? Do you know how you rate on that key quality? Voice of the System – How and where do you create the value to the client? Where are the constraints that are the pace makers of your system? How are you improving that system/process day to day? What is critical and what is not? Voice of the Business – What does your business need financially to be successful? What numbers are you/should you be monitoring? What are those numbers telling you? What aren't they telling you?
