Our services include: -Holistic assessments of the ageing adult, including cognitive screenings. -Recommendations regarding necessary home adaptations and support services to achieve optimal functioning and successful ageing in place. -Functional assessments prior to moving to a care facility to ensure optimal integration. -Activity programme planning for care facilities. -Goal-directed Occupational Therapy groups. -Rehabilitation following strokes, hip replacements, fractures or other incidents, in order to achieve full recovery. -Caregiver training and education on patient handling. -Family support and education. -Occupational Therapy intervention for persons living with depression, bipolar mood disorder, anxiety disorders or other mental health conditions. -Relaxation therapy and coping skills for stress, anxiety and other conditions. -Wellness talks on various topics, including healthy ageing, quality of life, dementia and managing mental health.
