Resilience Hub

Resilience Hub is a collaboration of service providers with a holistic approach to healing from the effects of trauma and stress. We work with children, teens, adults and communities with a strong emphasis on the interdependence of physical, mental and relational health. The range of services we offer include 'Resilience Toolbox' Training for schools and educational service providers, as well as caregiving organisations. Resilience Hub also offers Body Talk, Family Coaching, Play Therapy and Occupational Therapy. Other modalities that we use to support 'body and mind' resilience-building are the Sensory Matrix, MIM Caregiver Assessment, Circle of Security Parenting and the Safe & Sound (Polyvagel) Listening Therapy. Our integrative process is non-invasive and honours each person’s innate ability to recover and grow from life’s hurts and difficulties. Sensitive to the reality that trauma is deeply personal and experienced in the body, a sensory and trauma-informed lens is integral to everything we do.
