OSAR (Operaional Security and Resilience) Consultancy started life in 2014 when the founder, Daniel Paul, realised the lack of support to workers and organisations operating in complex and hostile environments. OSAR started by filling the gap by providing security training and providing in-person operational support.
Since 2014, OSAR has developed into a risk management consultancy firm, specialising in support to government agencies, United Nations, NGOs and private companies, ranging from crisis management and strategic risk management advice, through to a range of training offerings and in-person guardian support.
OSAR is still run by Dan, but now ranges some 20 consultants across 5 continents – the business model seeks to reduce costs to the organisation, increase earnings of the consultants, but above all, provide a personal, tailored service to our clients.
