About Over the Fence

Founded in 2013 by Karen Schmidt & Frank Habermann, “Over the Fence” is an international research center and community. We re-think projects and decision-making! We create Creative Commons thinking tools for people in projects and organizations. Conceived and created with love and passion in Berlin and in the world.
