Upward Bound is a year round, college readiness program that apart of the Federal TRIO Programs. Upward Bounds exists to support high school students in furthering their goals into higher education. Our Counselors and Advisors support over 500 students yearly across Pennsylvania. Our services include in-school support, tutoring, Saturday programming, and our Summer Academy.
