Pilates Now! is a friendly, fully equipped Pilates studio, with expert STOTT PILATES instructors, in the heart of Chiswick Park. We offer 1-1s and small classes of 4. All our sessions are designed around the individual participants, helping them achieve their goals. So whether you are new to Pilates and have a specific injury or issue you would like to deal with, or a seasoned pro who likes to be pushed a little further, you'll always get an appropriate workout at Pilates Now!
