About Pilates Station

It was in 2003 when Pilates came to Thailand. The first classes were taught by Patricia Duchaussoy a the Pilates & Dance Studio in Sukhumvit 31 that later became the Pilates Station Bangkok. Nowadays, Pilates has spread over many studios in Bangkok. Yet, not everything called Pilates is Pilates. At the Pilates Station, we put all our focus to teach real, classical Pilates. Pilates is based on the principles of Joseph Pilates that are most important to really reap the benefit of this method.
