By combining architectural insights and machine learning, our platform provides analytics and insights to inform and support customers to plan and deliver home improvement programs. Founded in 2022 as a University of Cambridge spin-out, Planarific is at the forefront of innovation in property technology. Backed by Innovate UK funding, we are accelerating the transformation of the UK’s housing stock by enabling scalable, data-driven retrofitting solutions. Our technology streamlines assessment processes for housing associations, landlords, and property owners, empowering them with the intelligence needed to optimize building upgrades and sustainability initiatives.
