Through in-depth analysis of the ‘as is’ people and culture environment, we provide strategic advice and actionable insights to develop an integrated people strategy and value add people practices. Coaching: We work with leaders, teams and individuals to support their growth and effectiveness in achieving their goals through personal and executive coaching. We hold various executive coaching qualifications and are certified to administer and interpret a range of psychometric and behavioural assessment tools (Occupational Ability & Personality Test User, formerly Level A and B including MBTI, SDI and Voiceprint) to support individuals and teams to increase self-awareness as part of the coaching engagement. Training & Facilitation: As experienced facilitators and trainers, we can support clients with workshop design and facilitation across Leadership & Management, Agile Leadership & Agile HR through to tailored personal development workshops. All our interventions are bespoke and tailored to the needs of the clients to drive the desired outcomes.
