jewellerybox is an online jewellery retailer based in South London. We are on a mission to show the world you can buy real jewellery at costume jewellery prices. We pride ourselves on our range, with over 8,000 unique pieces of sterling silver & 9ct gold jewellery for you to choose from. We are passionate about the designs we offer and think buying jewellery should be affordable, easy, fast and above all fun.
Jewellerybox was launched in June 2014 and since then we’ve grown to become a small but powerful force in online jewellery retail sending out up to 10,000 orders a week to customers in over 100 countries worldwide.
We embrace technology, smart design and operational efficiency, always looking for exciting ways to reduce our own costs and pass the savings on. We also work directly with some of the world’s biggest manufacturers and by cutting out the boring middlemen and wholesalers we can pass those great prices on to our customers without compromising on quality or design.
It is super important to us that our customers know for certain that what they are buying is the real deal. That’s why we are so proud to be an Assay Assured jewellery retailer. By working with the independent Edinburgh Assay Office we can hold our head up high in the knowledge our customers have trust both in us as a brand, and in the jewellery that we sell.
We love our customers, and when you aren't happy we aren't happy which is why our UK phone number is always answered within 2 rings by a real person. If you get in touch by email we will respond the same working day, and we often follow up personally with you after your order. We offer 30 day returns on all orders so you can buy with confidence.
