RAE Build is a trading name of R.A. Edwards & Partners Ltd, one of Staffordshire’s principle construction companies. The company operates from its purpose built headquarters in Stafford. Founded in 1973, we have over the years established a reputation for providing a high quality bespoke service for our clients, and for workmanship of the highest possible architectural standards.
We are CHAS (Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme) accredited as a Principle Contractor, and are members of the government backed ‘Constructionline’ for working in the Public Sector.
We have an organisational structure experienced in handling projects of up to approximately £2 million. Construction managers have many years of experience in the industry, and the team includes professional and technical personnel with memberships of the RICS and CIOB. Qualifications such as BA/BSc Degrees, HNC’s, NEBOSH and Site Managers Safety Certificates are also held by members of the management team.
Most of our site based employees have been CITB (Construction Industry Training Board) apprentices with the company. We have been awarded the Gold Certificate for our commitment to the CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) and our apprentices have received national recognition in craftsman skills competitions.
A comprehensive range of construction services can be provided nationally using our direct employees and an established network of regular sub-contractors, who we have assessed as being compliant with our standards.
