Refugeezens

Refugeezens - A Secular Society for Refugees Development, also known as Refugeezens, is a grassroots organization founded on June 20, 2018, on World Refugee Day. It was established by a group of energetic young refugees with a vision to sustain the lives of refugees through advocacy, guidance, consultancy, legal assistance, education, healthcare, and shelter. Refugeezens is an independent, secular, and humanitarian relief and development organization dedicated to empowering refugees and finding sustainable solutions to eliminate poverty, disease, and injustice. Our organization operates with the belief in the equality of all human beings, regardless of gender, political belief, religion, or ethnic origin. We advocate for the fundamental rights and obligations that every individual possesses. At Refugeezens, we embrace five core values that guide our work: Compassion: We demonstrate empathy and care towards all individuals, fostering a sense of solidarity and understanding.
