Remedy is a social enterprise: a clinical practice, a home for research, and a community that is committed to our own personal growth and that of our work. Our philosophy at Remedy is to innovate mental health care, and to work with clients to amplify and support the lives they want to live.
Remedy is a community of like-minded psychotherapy providers who value both high quality clinical expertise as well as the ongoing shaping and development of our field, through research, writing, training, supervision, and consultation. Our clinicians are registered psychologists (or being supervised by a registered psychologist) and offer a number of treatment and therapy modalities.
We provide individual therapy for a range of questions and concerns (e.g., growth and exploration, PTSD/trauma, depression, anxiety, relationships, living with HIV, integration of non-ordinary states of consciousness, supporting questions around gender and sexuality). We also offer couples therapy and mindfulness/process groups. We operate from an inclusive, trauma-informed, and LGBTQ positive space.
