Repton Property Developments is a company wholly owned by Norfolk County Council. The company is set up to maximise financial returns for the Council to support service delivery, through property development. We aim to meet our target of providing our sole shareholder, Norfolk County Council annual dividend returns. We use extensive local knowledge and in-house expertise to develop existing Council assets such as surplus farmland near existing settlements. We also make use of redundant buildings, such as former schools, turning them in to new, modern homes. The sale of the farmland and redundant buildings to Repton, generates capital for the County Council.
