Rewire Consulting was founded by Pooja Sachdev, one of the co-authors of Rewire: A Radical Approach to Tackling Diversity and Difference’ (by Yates and Sachdev). Our vision is to create great workplaces - where everyone feels connected, inspired and empowered to make a positive difference through the work they do. Who We Are The Rewire Team are a carefully selected collective of consultants, facilitators and strategists, with decades of global expertise in organisational development, employee engagement & experience, employer brand, learning and change. What we do We dig into data, conduct research, design and deliver leadership development, coaching, training, and offer strategic support —with a focus on culture, inclusion and the human side of business. We’ve supported clients with: - Organisational reviews (using qualitative and quantitative data) to uncover opportunities for improving employee experience, engagement, inclusion and performance - Strategies to reduce bias and strengthen decision-making in recruitment, selection, and performance management - Coaching and training leaders on active listening, managing diverse teams, and having challenging conversations - Leading team events and off-sites to support strategy-development and building alignment - Facilitator-led workshops on understanding bias, addressing micro-aggressions, and practicing workplace allyship We partner with a wide range of organisations, from blooming start-ups to large multinationals, in different sectors and across continents.
