Risotto & Co was born from an idea of RiceX, spin-off of the
Bolognese YouCanGroup and the Paduan group Exever
A NEW FOOD FORMAT
A new concept of risotto based on a flexible menu format,
designed to combine the seasonality of raw materials with the
cycle of consumption throughout the year and created to bring
an iconic dish of the italian culinary tradition into the homes of
your customers
The Risotto&Co format is based on a technology patented by
Exever company and adopts an innovative process that makes
it possible to keep food "hot" in absolute safety, for a period of
time that can reach several days, without any organoleptic
decay
The advantages of the use of preservatives with Exever
technology, in combination with the portioning procedure are
several: cooked foods maintain their organoleptic properties
unaltered, which are refined and safeguarded over time; raw
foods will be enhanced by slow and gentle cooking at a
controlled temperature: this will bring flavors and quality to
unique levels
