Today, owner Patricia Cavitolo, son Andrew (Chairman), Chris Diviney (CEO), Bobby Stern (President) and the entire Riviera Team are now applying 125 years of food experience mixed with old neighborhood values of community, quality, tradition, and diversity to the next generation Riviera Hospitality Group. Today’s third generation is focused on how food is grown, prepared, packaged, transported and consumed while establishing Riviera as a premier on- and off-premises meals service.
