Around 2006, the real estate market was hitting saturation point in the heart of Bangalore and it was also when RK Enterprises was born out of a vision that new opportunity lay in north Bangalore, in particular, the "beltway" around NH 7. In hindsight, the vision of the promoters, viz. D.N. Nagi Reddy, a well known film producer, Mr K.M.M Abdul Kadar, an entrepreneur couple with two decades experience, hit the bull's eye.
