New venture backed by two BIPOC Coffee Sommeliers. Sāe Coffee Studio is a new, first-of-it's-kind luxury brand specializing in coffees savored for special occasions. What makes our coffees different from other specialty brands is the quality scores of our beans. We responsibly source & roast single-origin whole beans that achieve a minimum quality score of 88 point or above (most specialty brands source within the 83-86 ranges). Our team works directly with the producer and pay above the industry prices with the hopes we disrupt the outdated commodity trading system so more producers can prosper. To elevate coffee, we host experiences that inspire new occasions beyond the café with a focus on storytelling & community.
