Sage Horizons, LLC

Sage Horizons, LLC is a certified SBE, WBE, and MWBE dedicated to collective healing and systemic change. We partner with organizations serving professionals, educators, parents, and caregivers to provide trauma-informed coaching and training that addresses systemic inequities and promotes mental health and belonging. Our approach integrates healing-centered engagement and arts-based practices—such as journaling, poetry, and storytelling—to build safe, inclusive environments across schools, workplaces, and communities. We deliver virtual and in-person workshops, multi-day trainings, and webinars that strengthen the capacity of professionals and caregivers to reduce adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), build resilience, and promote well-being. Our work is grounded in the Sage Horizons Leadership Framework: Leading with Purpose, an equity-centered model that cultivates emotionally intelligent, reflective leaders committed to inclusive practice. We also offer a research-based curriculum, Find Your Calm, and our Ekphrastic Poetry Healing Activity, both designed to support healing, emotional regulation, and creativity among individuals impacted by trauma and stress.
