Seladi - 85 Architecture

Seladi – 85 Architectural Design Studio was established in 2016 with the sole purpose of creating architecture from within the Papua New Guinean context. Over the years we have grown from strength to strength. What started off as a home office has now grown to thriving medium size firm made up of some of the best designers and project managers in the country. The team is primarily made up of young Papua New Guinean professionals who are eager to learn. We are well versed in concept design, design development, construction documentation, contract administration and project management. We have a well established relationship with our Statutory governing authourities. Partnership with these stakeholders have allowed us to attain planning approvals and building permits for our projects. We believe in maintaining our Papua New Guinean identity in design. It is an imperative that our projects are tailored to the Papua New Guinean context. The preservation of art and culture and it’s subtle inclusion in our designs allows to formulate ideas that are grounded with in the Papua New Guinean building tradition.
